DEFINITIONS:

Premises: In these terms and conditions, “premises” shall refer to the contracted treatment area.

Entire Premises: In these terms and conditions, “entire premises” shall refer to the entire building, or part of the building, sharing continual air flow, whether via open air, doors, HVAC or other ventilation. If an air filtrations system is housed in an attic, crawl space, or garage, said attic, crawl space, or garage shall be considered part of the “entire premises”

TIME FRAME

The premises being treated must be vacated for approximately five (5) hours from the start time of service. Timing may vary depending on the size of the premises and a reasonable time estimate will be given upon scheduling. Services will be performed at the address listed on the furnished treatment estimate/invoice.

SCHEDULING:

To schedule services, you may call or email Pure Maintenance of Washington D.C. LLC at the phone number or email address listed at the top of the treatment estimate/invoice. A 50% security deposit is required to schedule and reserve treatment.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION:

Customers may reschedule or cancel a treatment service without incurring a fee no less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled service. When a customer reschedules or cancels within 12 hours up to the time of service, Pure Maintenance of Washington D.C. LLC reserves the right to charge up to a $100 late rescheduling/cancellation fee.

PAYMENT:

Upon commencement of the contracted treatment, all invoiced amounts are due.

Payment in the form of credit, debit, or money order is preferred. Personal checks for the treatment estimate/invoice amount in full must clear before treatment can be scheduled. Cash is not accepted.

WARRANTY:

Qualified Mold Treatment Services completed by Pure Maintenance of Washington D.C. LLC are guaranteed for a period of one (1) year when the entire premises is treated. The warranty period shall commence on the date of original treatment, which is listed on the applicable treatment invoice, and shall continue until the same month and day of the following year. If at any time during the warranty period, viability testing and analysis reveals mold in the area of service at a greater density than that of regional averages, Pure Maintenance of Washington D.C. LLC will re-treat the home at no charge.

This warranty will become void if additional water intrusion is introduced to premises, i.e. ground water, broken pipe, appliance leak, roof leak, basement flood, toilet or bathtub leak, relative humidity above 55%, etc. or if any current water issues have not been fixed. Warranty is also void if a current leak or water intrusion issue is not fixed before the treatment is completed by Pure Maintenance of Washington D.C. LLC.

Any existing water intrusion issues must be corrected in entirety and sufficiently dried out before treatment.

If warranty is used, both pages of the treatment estimate/invoice must be presented to a Pure Maintenance employee at the time of a secondary inspection.

Pure Maintenance of Washington D.C. LLC is not held liable for any certification, inspection, or guarantee by any third-party.

Pure Maintenance of Washington D.C. LLC reserves the right to confirm any third party sampling and analysis.

The warranty is fully transferable during the warranty period in the case of verified real estate transactions and generational gifting. The company reserves the right to offer customized warranty agreements which shall be agreed upon by the customer and the Company prior to treatment. Customized agreements may apply to large structures, perpetually humid structures, and large contracts with property management companies. No warranty shall ever exceed one calendar year.

GUARANTEE:

Mold Services performed by Pure Maintenance of Washington D.C. LLC are guaranteed. After service is completed and before the Pure Maintenance technician leaves, he/she/they will collect an air sample within the home. The air sample will be taken in the same place as the before-treatment sample or if no before-treatment samples were taken, the post treatment sample will be taken in a central location or a location agreed upon before treatment. This air quality sample(s) will be sent to an independent third-party lab for detailed analysis. Once the Company receives a detailed report from the third-party lab, an employee of Pure Maintenance of Washington D.C. LLC will forward the report to the customer. The report may be sent via email, post, facsimile, or other reasonable form of delivery. Pure Maintenance guarantees that the indoor mold levels will be at safe levels, in accordance with regional averages.

The Company reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and without notice in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.

By signing/approving the estimate or invoice agreement you certify that you have agreed to the terms and conditions above.
