Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the EnviroPure Mold Services website (enviropureservices.com) and the booking of our services. By using this site or scheduling a treatment, you accept these terms.
Services. Service descriptions on this site are general information, not a contractual specification. The scope, price, and any warranty terms for your project are those stated in your written estimate or service agreement.
Estimates and bookings. Submitting a form or calling us requests contact; it does not create a binding engagement until both parties confirm an appointment or agreement.
Service Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply once you book a treatment with EnviroPure Services.
Definitions. "Premises" means the contracted treatment area. "Entire premises" means the entire building, or the part of the building, sharing continuous air flow — whether through open air, doors, HVAC, or other ventilation. If an air filtration system is housed in an attic, crawl space, or garage, that space is treated as part of the "entire premises" too.
Time frame. The treated property needs to be vacated for approximately five (5) hours from the start of service. Timing varies with the size of the property, and we'll give a reasonable estimate when scheduling. Service is performed at the address listed on your treatment estimate or invoice.
Scheduling and deposit. To schedule service, call or email us at the number or address listed on your treatment estimate or invoice. A 50% security deposit is required to schedule and reserve treatment.
Rescheduling and cancellation. You may reschedule or cancel a treatment without a fee if you do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled service. Rescheduling or cancelling within 12 hours of the scheduled service may incur a late rescheduling/cancellation fee of up to $100.
Payment. Full payment is due when the contracted treatment begins. Credit, debit, or money order is preferred; personal checks must clear before treatment can be scheduled. We do not accept cash.
Warranty. Qualified mold treatment services completed by EnviroPure Services are covered by a one (1) year re-treat warranty when the entire premises is treated. The warranty period runs from the date of the original treatment, as shown on the treatment invoice, through the same month and day the following year. If viability testing and analysis during that period shows mold in the treated area at a greater density than regional averages, EnviroPure Services will re-treat the premises at no charge.
The warranty becomes void if additional water intrusion is introduced to the premises — groundwater, a broken pipe, an appliance leak, a roof leak, a basement flood, a toilet or bathtub leak, relative humidity above 55%, and similar issues — or if an existing water issue is not fixed before treatment. Any existing water intrusion must be fully corrected and dried out before treatment. To use the warranty, both pages of the treatment estimate/invoice must be presented to an EnviroPure Services employee at the time of a secondary inspection.
EnviroPure Services is not liable for any certification, inspection, or guarantee made by a third party, and reserves the right to independently confirm any third-party sampling and analysis. The warranty is fully transferable during its period in the case of verified real-estate transactions and generational gifting. EnviroPure Services reserves the right to offer customized warranty agreements, agreed with the customer before treatment, for large structures, persistently humid structures, and large property-management contracts. No warranty exceeds one calendar year.
Post-treatment testing. After service is complete, and before the technician leaves, they will collect an air sample from the property — taken in the same location as any before-treatment sample, or, if none was taken, in a central location agreed with you beforehand. This sample is sent to an independent third-party lab for analysis. Once EnviroPure Services receives the lab's report, it will be forwarded to you by email, mail, or another reasonable method. EnviroPure Services aims for post-treatment indoor mold levels in line with regional averages, as reflected in that report.
Amendments. EnviroPure Services reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and without notice, in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal law.
Acknowledgment. By signing or approving a treatment estimate or invoice, you certify that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
